Ecothal recuperative burner

Ecothal single-ended recuperative (SER) burner combines high efficiency and reduced gas consumptions with low NO_x emissions. A robust design, the all-metallic construction ensures reliable and virtually maintenance-free operation.

Ecothal SER burner is produced according to customer reqirements for horizontal or vertical installation. It can be installed in most industrial furnaces.

Two versions

Ecothal recuperative burner is available in two versions: Ecothal Glowplug, which is the basic version, and Ecothal UV, a version with added features for monitoring and control of the burner system. Read more about Ecothal Glowplug and Ecothal UV recuperative burner

Combine with Kanthal radiant tubes to boost productivity

Ecothal SER burner used with Kanthal APM and Kanthal APMT radiant tubes provide double the power loading and/or higher working temperatures compared with many other gas-fired SER systems. At a furnace temperature of 1000°C (1830°F), a gas-fired SER system using Kanthal radiant tubes could operate with twice the power of a similar system that uses nickel-chromium (NiCr) tubes.
