Kanthal is introducing a new chat functionality aiming at opening a new channel of communication with our website visitors.
This chat, found in the bottom corner of the website, will allow users to message directly with our agents online, or leave a brief message offline. Once handled, you will also be able to rate the chat and provide feedback for the agents for development and learning.
While we are continually developing the website, the idea is to streamline the process for users to find what they are looking for faster. Weather that be a material datasheet, or contact with the local sales team, this tool will allow us to be customer focused in the digital age.
