Radiant tubes for medium high temperatures
When furnace conditions are not too demanding, a nickel-chromium (NiCr) radiant tube can prove to be the most economical choice.
A radiant tube design with 253 MA* or 353 MA* in the straight tubes combined with a cast FeNiCr bend is suitable for many applications. Grade 353 MA is superior to 253 MA in carburizing or nitriding atmospheres.
