Prefabricated heating modules consisting of vacuum-formed ceramic fibre with an integral Kanthal® Super molybdenum disilicide heating element for up to 1750°C (3180°F) element temperature.

Flow Heaters

The Kanthal® Flow Heater is perfect for industrial applications such as furnace processes, test benches, metal casting, and more, offering precise heating for air and process gases up to 1,100°C (2,012°F).

Kanthal® Super

Discover Kanthal® Super electric industrial heating elements, ideal for demanding applications, diverse environments, exceptional durability, adaptable design, and effective operation at temperatures up to 1,850ºC (3,360°F).

Kanthal® Super HT

Kanthal® Super HT is designed for a longer lifetime of small dimension elements in temperature cycling conditions. The maximum operating temperature is 1830°C (3330°F), and the element is suitable for furnace temperatures between 1500–1750°C (2730–3180°F) approximately.

Kanthal® Super RA

Kanthal® Super RA heating elements excel in high-temperature, reactive atmospheres, and nitrogen up to 1,700°C. They offer a longer life and better resistance to nitration and aggressive environments.

Element sizes and shapes

High-power electric molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements for element temperatures up to 1850°C (3360°F). Kanthal Super MoSi2 heating elements are available as straight or bent elements in a wide range of shapes and sizes.

Kanthal® Super 1700, 1800 and 1900

Kanthal® Super 1700, 1800, 1900 combine metal and ceramic properties for high-temp use, offering conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Kanthal® Super NC

Kanthal® Super NC heating elements are designed for clean process heating in research and electronics industries. Operating up to 1,800°C, they feature reduced scaling, lower metal content, and higher bending strength.

Element accessories

The Kanthal program includes a wide range of element accessories for holding, connecting and assembling of MoSi2 heating elements. Examples are air nozzles, holders and contact straps.
