Kanthal® Super

Kanthal® Super NC

Kanthal® Super NC heating elements are designed for clean process heating in research and electronics industries. Operating up to 1,800°C, they feature reduced scaling, lower metal content, and higher bending strength.

Kanthal® Super ER

Kanthal® Super ER heating elements combine alumina formers with MoSi₂ heaters, operating up to 1,580°C in diverse atmospheres, enhancing furnace efficiency and reducing maintenance.

Kanthal® Super RA

Kanthal® Super RA heating elements excel in high-temperature, reactive atmospheres, and nitrogen up to 1,700°C. They offer a longer life and better resistance to nitration and aggressive environments.

Kanthal® Super 1700, 1800 and 1900

Kanthal® Super 1700, 1800, 1900 combine metal and ceramic properties for high-temp use, offering conductivity and corrosion resistance.

Element sizes and shapes

High-power electric molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements for element temperatures up to 1850°C (3360°F). Kanthal Super MoSi2 heating elements are available as straight or bent elements in a wide range of shapes and sizes.
