Fibrothal® heating elements

MRL technology now continues through Kanthal’s Fibrothal® heating elements, supporting semiconductor processes across a temperature range of 300 to 1,350°C (572 to 2,462°F). These heavy and light-gauge elements are compatible with both horizontal and vertical furnace designs across different brands and configurations.

High temperature and resistance materials

Designed to withstand high temperatures, heavy loads, and offer long-lasting performance, Kanthal’s high-temperature materials are available in various forms, including wire, strip, tube, and bar. These materials are ideal for producing furnace furniture, rollers, and other components used in thermal processes. Our FeCrAl and NiCr alloys deliver excellent mechanical strength and oxidation resistance up to 1,425°C (2,597°F).
