Furnace rollers

Furnace rollers in different alloys that suit both the hot and cool zones of your furnace. Our furnace rollers are available in outside diameters from 26 to 1,800 mm (1 to 70 inch).

The Kanthal program includes furnace rollers for:

  • Continuous furnaces
  • Roller hearth furnaces
  • Walking beam furnaces

Longer service life compared to conventional materials

We offer furnace rollers made from Kanthal APMT™, an iron-chromium-aluminium (FeCrAl) alloy, for heat treatment furnaces with operating temperatures up to 1250°C (2280°F). They are available in outside diameters from 26 to 250 mm (1 to 10 inch).

Furnace rollers made from Kanthal APMT™ provide considerably longer service life and reduced maintenance compared to furnace rollers made from conventional materials such as nickel-chromium (NiCr) alloys and ceramic materials. This is due to the material's excellent creep rupture strength at high temperatures. Furnace rollers made from Kanthal APMT™ are also characterized by a very smooth surface which ensures a consistently high-quality finish of the manufactured products.

Kanthal APMT™ furnace rollers

  • For hot zones up to 1250°C (2280°F)
  • Suited for demanding applications
  • Diameters from 26-250 mm (1-10 inch)

Complete range

Our nickel-chromium (NiCr) rollers, produced in close cooperation with our manufacturing partners, are ideally suited for lower temperature zones. They are highly efficient and cost-effective to run and maintain. And just like our Kanthal APMT™ rollers, they are resistant to oxidation and corrosion, guaranteeing a long service life and maximum uptime.

NiCr furnace rollers

  • Ideally suited for low-temperature zones
  • Suited for less demanding applications
  • Diameters from 50-1,800 mm (2-70 inch)
