Superthal® Reflector

Superthal® High power reflector is a new compact fiber insulated modular heater with Kanthal® Super molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements integrated.

Heating modules

Prefabricated heating modules with electric heating elements and fiber or dense ceramic insulation for up to 1700°C (3090°F) element temperature.

Kanthal® alloys vs. Nikrothal® alloys

Using Kanthal FeCrAl alloys instead of NiCr alloys results in less amount of material and also a longer heating element life.

Air heating cassettes

Air heating cassettes for heating of air or gases up to 800°C (1470°F).

Superthal® X

Superthal® X heating panel for a working temperature of approximately 1600°C (2910°F). Thanks to its new design the elements are stable during operation, thus significantly prolonging the service life of the product.

Moduthal® heating modules

Prefabricated heating modules with metallic heating elements and non-electrically conductive, dense ceramic insulation for use at temperatures up to 1350°C (2460°F).

Kanthal® Super HT

Kanthal® Super HT is designed for a longer lifetime of small dimension elements in temperature cycling conditions. The maximum operating temperature is 1830°C (3330°F), and the element is suitable for furnace temperatures between 1500–1750°C (2730–3180°F) approximately.

Kanthal® Super element grades

The Kanthal® program of MoSi2 heating elements includes seven grades with specific features for use in demanding applications and atmospheres, including nitrogen, hydrogen, vacuum and mixtures of endogas and reducing atmospheres.

Float glass elements

Silicon carbide heating elements for float baths for the manufacture of soda-lime flat glass.

Electric heating elements

Kanthal offers a wide program of electric heating elements outperforming in temperature ranges from 50 to 1850°C (120-3360°F).
